It hasn't been updated in quite some time.  I don't think it's fair to put all the responsibility on the Webguy to refresh it with new stories and info; what course needs to be taken to ensure that the blog is tended to?  It should be added to at least once a week, though 2-3 times would be better.  People who find our webpage will come back more often if they can find fresh material.

Here is proof that we are making a difference out there.  Over at the Ex-Christian website, someone posted a letter in which they mentioned how our website helped them.  "But there was one site I could not ignore: WalkAwayers, or “Walking Away from Fundamentalism.” What?!!! People that walked away??? I couldn’t help myself, I was intrigued. I spent the next several days reading testimonies, discussions and articles. They expressed my doubts, my questions, my opinions—things I had barely dared to think, much less express. These were people that had backgrounds similar to mine, which had the courage to face those nagging thoughts and walk into the dark unknown."  http://exchristian.net/testimonies/2007/12/thank-you-jim-bob-duggar.html

Again, we need to keep the blog going, but it has not been updated in quite awhile.  I know now we are dealing with the forum problems caused by Aimoo, but I do think we need to get on the ball about keeping up the website, as it is serving a purpose out there in webland.  Ideas and/or suggestions?   To repeat my original question in my first post; what course needs to be taken to ensure that the blog is tended to?

Who is the originator of this blog?  I think it's a great idea to keep it going!

The Walk Away website ( http://walkawayers.org/ ) was put together by many of the original members of this forum.  The blog was begun by one of them, thewebguy, but I think it's too much for one person to do, as the blog hasn't been updated for a while.  It might need input from more members in order to keep it fresh, but I don't know how to go about that, as I know nothing about operating a blog.

Is there a way to contact thewebguy through this forum... or through the blog itself?

Not that I know of...I don't see any email posted on the blog, and it doesn't look like he's been on the forum for quite some time, so it would be useless to PM him.  His profile is hidden, so no email available there, either.
