If you ever find yourself on the big island of Hawaii, stop for breakfast at the Coffee Shack in the small town of Captain Cook. The most amazing view and great food. You feel like you are suspended in mid air on the side of the mountain ... and you can get their home grown Kona coffee. The plantation is right next to the restaurant. Nice.
