None of the buttons on the remote are working other than the one for the message board.  All the other buttons give an error

The only other thing that works is the link for the WPIX Press Release which brings you to the WPIX website

We can't even go to www.theyulelog.com and get the Flash animation of the elves filling Santas sleigh with presents
