Hi folks, just a quick note to say this...for about 3 weeks, whenever I log on to my computer, I can't believe the amount of pop-up's I receive promoting this year's Radio City Christmas Spectacular...especially since the summer season hasn't even begun!! Amazing!!!

We have one store in town (Hobby Lobby) that is already starting to put out some Christmas items along with Fall/Halloween. I guess it's never to early! LOL!

Bronner's Christmas Wonderland in Frankenmuth, Michigan is open year 'round.  We just made a pass through there on the way home from up north.  Fantastic!

BTW, I do know there is a much smaller year 'round store in Santa Claus, Indiana (with Santa all year!).  Anyone know of others?

I can't remember for sure, but I vaguely remember seeing something on, maybe TLC last year about a place in Alaska that I believe has Santa Claus and his workshop and everything open all year.  I just can't remember where in Alaska.

Maybe an Internet search would bring it up.  I believe they have a restaurant there too that is all decorated for Christmas, but I could be confusing that with the restaurant in Santa Claus Indiana.

I've been to Bronner's, persimmon.  That's something else, isn't it?  I bought a music box snowglobe that plays "Silent Night."  In fact, I just received their catalog in the mail earlier this week.  By the way, if anyone goes to Frankenmuth, a must place to eat is Zehnder's, known for their chicken.

The resort towns usually have a Christmas store of some kind.  I know there are Christmas Mouse stores in Williamsburg and Myrtle Beach.  Williamsburg also has a big Yankee Candle store which has a separate Christmas department.  Though not as big as Bronner's, there's a very big Christmas store called Christmas Place in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, which bills itself as The South's Largest Christmas Store.  That's probably quite accurate.

BTW, I should have noted from the first post that we have our seats for the Radio City Cghristmas Spectacular in Nashville this year.

It was my first trip to Bronners.  I've been seeing it on Christmas shows on TV for years so we made a large circle tacked onto a different trip and viola!  It was Christmas hitting on all sensors!  I had hoped to see more of the Erzgebirge stuff, but they did have a little.  Anyway, we'd go back.  I would like to see how the town puts on the dog close to Christmas.

We're also itching to get up to the Christmas Museum in PA.

All this talk about Bronner's makes me smile! We will be making our 3rd (annual) trip in November! Bronner's is awesome. Frankenmuth is lot's of fun! We went there in mid November last year. (The week before Thanksgiving) the place was really decorated for Christmas. My favorite was the horse drawn carriages which had Christmas lights on them!

Santa Claus, IN sounds interesting!

Have fun!
