Like I told Harry this board caters to no one and everyone will receive good and bad feedback. the good thing about bad feed back is that sometimes it helps out in what the racers want. Well its looks like all of the negative talk  got harry to step back a little.

Max Bobby does raise some good points, will the track be open during the day on weekdays, if so when and what time?? also will we be charged to run on the track during the day, if so how much?? and why?? what days are you planning on racing, Day races or night races??  is the entry going to stay the same?? Any special events planned.

The new years day race, is harry still going to put up the 100.00 bucks or did HRP take it back or did Harry spend in already?? What time are we going to start?? is the track going to be run wet or dry. Is the track going to be open on Saturday, will we be charged to practice on saturday??

hey Bobby, I think its more like Max and Jamie running the races, but I will happily help out with anything if they ask. Steve and myself  would still like to go to Daytona on occasion. they seem to have a pretty good atmosphere going on down there. I would like to go to Toms in Ocala, but that is a totally different set up than anywhere else and as little time we get to race right now due to the holidays and Steve is finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel of building his house, we are just out for fun. its hard to be any competetion when we dont get to run at all. but that will change very soon. I hear you guys talking about a place called Score. I'd like to check that out too.

dont you worry a bit about being "unpracticed" I dont think than any of us have actually raced in a while. You and steve will be right there.

I am planning on going to score jan 8th as well. Gotta see what seeba been doing for oh 3 years. ha.

    bobby i never really traveled to different tracks as in state race series and national events,my driving skills are not good enough for me to travel and compete on a national or even state level competition so i stay local.

just pretty much to ocala every weekend cause my sister lives there and i would stay the whole weekend

i'm going to do my best for every week end with help hopefuly and weather permiting

harry had mentioned that he wanted to hire someone to actually run the race format on race day,i do want to learn the program with others so harry will have relief from that

well with the type of clay that is out there  what would you suggest? i believe it has provided good traction when its soft and hard.

as long its swepted or blown off and misted with water, i also believe that if it is treated with calciumchloride it will bond the top and make maintaininance easier but very abrasive but will still provide good traction

as for hobby world i went out htere friday and waited till two and noone else showed up, but if harry truly wants me to maintain his track i will devote my time there, its only right to do so,as would any devoted club member would do,now if the circumstances permitted and hobbyworld needed alot of help (grunt work) and its ok with harry sure i'd help,just helping to keep the hobby alive thats all bobby.

 as for  times of practice not sure yet till after the new year,everything still has to be worked out with harry and myself , i will be there tommorrow after work, i plan on calling harry when he opens to see whats up.i would like to get rid of the carpets and build bulkheads for the jumps for starters and work on schedguling of practice and normal race weekends.

as for the money aspect jeff i truly dont know, as far as i know members in good standing n/c, nonmemmbers 8:00$ for practice,race fees

are also the same as before.

day races (saturdays till weather warms up)newyears day race is still on as said before same hours I'll post more info on that tomorrow night, surface will be damp,as for the 100.00 bucks thats between harry and the winner,i'm stayin out of that shit!

in my oppinion cash money shouln't be pursed-up at any hobby event to one winner, it should be raffled off to all a-main class winners.

side bets are another story,lol

 i believe harry gives free practice to racers who preregister the day before an event race (non mormal club race)

Will the track be available to practice anytime this week?  I've got to get rid of some rust.  I haven't raced dirt in a long long time.  So for you guys running 1/10 electric or 1/10 nitro trucks please accept my appologizes LOL

yea i'll be there sat, so practice can be held

 harry broke the trans on the tractor nailboarding the track before he got to roll it,so its kinda loose on top

i'll be there tomorrow after work to fix some piping and finish the drains but it will be open for practice

harry might rent a tractor if his cant be fixed by thursday

it does need to be rolled by sat, if not  it'll be a little rough hopefully not to bad though

i want to be at the track by 9:30 sunday if not earlier.

Thanks for the response Maxx. I'll let you know what I did to the track the last couple of times I was there if you want. If that is how everyone prefers to run it (I do).

i saw it happen down in ocala and some of the racers drove like pure idiots(hacking,jumping pipes,yelling at turnmarshalls things like that)

how do you regulate that kind of unsportsman like kind of conduct?

Doug no problem, the MT fuel is better then the old stuff a little more oil, makes the engines run cooler and easyer to toon, however the run time is less my engines went from 8 minutes to 71/2.
