Will Harry's be racing this weekend?
I asked him that question today and he didn't want to make any promises. The electric still has to be run from the polls etc. My guess is that the answer is no. Maybe MrWillis can clearify?

was at Harrys yesterday, track was fun people were good, I think they have some thick skin too which is good, after all they had to deal with me and my mouth all afternoon..
Charlies truck handled like ass, but we will work on that engine ran good 12, 14 minutes on a tank. Look out Don it wont be long before he is handing you your ass...
scariest moment, was when I saw a black man running around the drivers stand towards me I though it was J coming after me.. But then he turned out to be a long time friend of CB so all was good.

I DONT THINK HARRY KNOW WHEN HE PLANS ON HAVING A RACE. HE STILL AS ALOT OF THINGS TO DO.
HAS FOR THE TRACK , IT WAS FUN TAKE THE GAS TRUCK AROUND A FEW TANKS, THERE WAS TRACTION IN SOME SPOT BUT NOT IN OTHERS. I AM GOING TO CHANGE MY SETUP ALITTLE .
I THINK THE TIRE FOR GAS TRUCK WILL BE HOLESHOT,FUZZIEOR IFMAR PINS. I RUN A QUART OF ON ONE SET OF TIRES, AND THEY'RE STILL GOOD.

Right now we stay open till it gets dark. For more info about times and events go here. Sunbeam Raceway
And Steve is correct $5 for practice or $120 for membership for a year.
Races and events will not start till all the lights are complete and we get more outlets put in.

Figures a little rain and the track gets shut down, just as a question but isnt that way Harry hired someone to make sure that the track is always in tip top shape, rain or shine the track will always be ready to go, not sure where I heard that but guess I was mistaken....

Track is ready, do a rain dance and make it stop is all I can say.  Yep he did hire someone to have it ready. Me.... Shawn, I met you all out there.
Harry just likes it to be dry not soupy, mucky or whatever you want to call the condition of the track. Hopefully this weekend the weather will get better and we can open again for buisness.
And to answer the question to the track grooming, when we race on Friday and Saturdays the track will be 100% race ready.

If you are a member or if we have to pay to pratice and he pays you "Shawn" to kept the track up and running then there is no reason that he shouldn't let you at lease try and get the track ready. Sweep the puddles off, throw some dry clay in the soft spots and it should be good to practice on. If he is scared that were running on the track going to make ruts. Then guess what, get scared cause it is. But that is why he pays you to get it back in race condition. it's OFFROAD not onroad.... Jumps,ruts,bumps,soft pack,hard pack,slippery and good traction thats what offroad is all about...

i knew harry built the wrong track first. the onroad guys wouldnt be whinning about this.............
