Supplies Needed:

Template278 by Missy, you can find it at Divine Intentionz
Tube or image of choice, I am using the awesome artwork of Dark Yarrow, you can find her work at HERE
Scrapkit of choice, I am using an awesome Kit by Sox called A Twilight Christmas which is PTU, you can find at Soxsational Scraps

Let's Begin!

Open your template
Hit shift d and close the original
Delete the copyright and words layers
Select square1
Select all, float, and defloat
Paste paper1 as a new layer
Invert your selection and hit delete
Select None
Delete square1
Repeat for square2
Select frame1
Select all, float, and defloat
Paste paper10 as a new layer
Invert your selection and hit delete
Select None
Delete frame1
Repeat for frame2 and frame3
Add noise to your frame layers
I used Uniform Monochrome 45%
Select circle
Select all, float, and defloat
Paste paper6 as a new layer
Invert your selection and hit delete
Delete circle
Before deselecting, paste your image of choice above your paper6
Invert twice and hit delete
Select none
Change the blend mode on your image to luminance legacy
Merge thin rectangles 2 & 3 together
Select all, float, and defloat
Paste paper4 as a new layer
Invert your selection and hit delete
Select None
Delete thin rectangle merged layer
Colorize your dotted lines to match
Add any elements you like
Resize and position
Add any dropshadows you like
Add your name and copyright
Save!
