We just got our revised reference guides today, and there is a new section dedicated to opr abuse. THe guide states that if the caller attempts to involve us in the call, we can redirect them, two times, and then get a supervisor. On a call I took today, it came to where I called floor support over. She wrote down the call information, and the orig disconnected before floor support could disconnect them. I asked her what they were going to do with the info and she said just turn it in, and she doesn't know from there. It may not seem like much, but this is a step in the right direction. I've actually got to give kudos to MCI for these new procedures.
