This might explain how our International friends have an endless supply of drop addresses in the Bronx, Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, Louisiana, etc... We know SOMEONE's either forwarding it or the packages are being intercepted ... although from what I've relayed (yes the stupid shits use us to call their online girlfriends ... one flat out admitted to using yellowbook.com to call every inkjet dealer he could find during a call) I'm guessing they meet them not only in job postings but in singles chatrooms.. yahoo messenger comes up a lot. ANYWAY i found this very interesting!

Online job scammers steal millions
Elaborate con is 'out of control,' authorities say

Advertisements like this one on CareerBuilder.com are appearing all over the Web, enticing job seekers into becoming part of an elaborate international con.
By Bob Sullivan
Technology correspondent
MSNBC

Updated: 10:01 a.m. ET Dec. 17, 2003Catherine, a recruiting specialist, was out of work for nearly a year when a friend sent her a job opening listed at Vault.com.  Ready to try almost anything, she quickly responded to the ad and e-mailed her resume, applying for a position as "correspondence manager." And just that quickly, she became an unwitting member of an Internet scam that's being blamed for a half billion dollars in attempted thefts from U.S. firms during the past 18 months.  The crime has Internet merchants, along with the FBI and U.S. Postal Inspection Office, fit to be tied. Within days, before Catherine even knew she had been hired, packages containing a digital camera and a computer monitor arrived at her door. Her instructions were simple: repack the items and ship them to an address in Russia. For her trouble, she would earn 13 percent of the sale price. It seemed reasonable enough, so she sent the package along.  Days later, she got a phone call from a man who said he was told to wire  $10,000 into her bank account.

....Within a week, dozens of packages and wire transfers were headed Catherine's way ?some $35,000 in money and merchandise in less than 10 days."These people are very, very organized." she said......

.....Mew said said he's not optimistic the criminals will be caught any time soon; only consumer education can even slow them down.

"We need to educate the masses. There? no job at home receiving and forwarding packages," Mew said.  "And there's no job sitting at home receiving money and sending the money to Eastern Europe. People like to think there are jobs like that, and that? why it's so successful."

Hello again,This is web site I have been keeping an eye on. According to what Iheard, there is going to be a "pn" coming out soon that will solicit the comments of relay opr's...but for now, anythingthat happens regarding changes to the rules at the top would be posted here. There's an interesting one I am dying read, but the link seems to be broke...If anybody can open it, pls post it here. Thanks!http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/dro/trs.htmlScroll down to TRS headlines and then the one that is dated 6/18/04 looks interesting. It probably says ur suppose to be deaf to use relay and warns them about the scams...oh well no new info there....moving at the speed of government.

Hope this helps:
