Hello,I'm Tammy66 I am new here and I'm 43. I was anxiety and HA free for 8 years until June 4th when my dad died and my anxiety and HA and Panic attacks all returned. Now I have developed HA again and it is very severe I cannot do anything or go anywhere as I fear I will die at any minute.I have fear of death and have shut myself in my house basically and have shut myself off from family functions and mostly everything in my life. I am currently on no medication and im going to suggest to my doctor about going back on xanax as it does work for me very well.I was on ativan and it made me feel like a zombie and i could not function in any way. I am looking to live my life again some how.I am just so sad right now and see no way out. I have had all kinds of tests done under the sun from chest x ray to brain scan to all kinds of blood work and everything says I am fine all tests cam back normal. I just dont know what to do next.
