Well... I did speak with Don about it and he had said at one point he had started to do something about it for his own use and he was going to look for it but that did not happen and not, very unfortunately, it will not be.
I actually bought a second copy of every book so that I could use them for annotations and to try and do it but have not had time. If anyone wants to help I would love that.

I got this via email today and thought I would share:
I am saddened to hear of my former professor's recent passing.
I thought this true story might be of interest:
On our first day of class in Contemporary Civilization in the West,
Mr. Harington introduced himself and told of a meet and greet cocktail party for
parents and teachers, where he was wearing the typical paper label name badge
on his jacket. It read:
DONALD HARINGTON
WESTERN CULTURE
A student's mother ( perhaps a few cocktails in) approached him saying:
"So nice to meet you Mr. Culture"
He replied:
"That's all right, you can call me Wes".
I never forgot this story, nor will I forget this very clever guy.
Rest in Peace Don.
