Here's the recipe for the Irish Soda Bread (I dont use the seeds but its part of it)
3 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups raisins
1 3/4 cups buttermilk
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 eggs well beaten
1 tablespoon caraway seeds (optional)
preheat oven to 350 degrees
in medium bowl sift together flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and sugar.  Add raisins, set bowl aside
In another bowl blend together buttermilk, melted butter and eggs.
Add to flour mixture and combine well.  stir in caraway seeds
spoon batter into a greased iron skillet or baking pan of your choice.  Bake until puffed 1 hour.  Cool on a rack slightly before serving
