  Perfect Blend seems to have spurred a mini regeneration on Clapham Park Road, now the laughing budha has reopened as a chinese/japanese buffet restaurant, with nice clean cut decor. It didnt quite work as an expensive bar so better reopened as a restaurant. This is good for the area!
