I'm running the Clapham Awards 2009 for local businesses and people. The closing date for people to enter is Wednesday 29th July, so there isn't much time if you haven't entered yet. I've included all of the details below.
CLAPHAM AWARDS 2009
The Clapham Awards, supported by Clapham Picture House cinema, are a celebration of Clapham’s restaurants, bars, shops, parties and people. Anyone can enter for an award if they fit a category and are in the Clapham area (including Clapham Junction / Northcote Road). There are twelve awards up for grabs:

- where do the hottest peeps in Clapham hang out?!

- which venue in Clapham is packing the hotness behind the bar?
5. Best Brekkie
- which café or restaurant is the giver of the best breakfast?
6. Best Posh Meal
- where do you take that hot someone for that hot date?
7. Best Budget Meal
- where do you go for good food at a good price?
8. Best Local Shop
- which shop goes above and beyond the call of duty to give Clappers what they want?
9. Best Event
- which festival, fair or party made your year?
10. Best Oddity
- what is the weirdest, strangest, most amazing thing in Clapham in 2009?
11. Fave Music Artist
- music is a massive part of Clapham life, but which music artist took the crown as Clapham’s favourite?
12. Clapper of the Year
- which Clapham resident has gone the extra mile in 2009? This is a completely open category and anyone can be nominated.
