People are noticing how scruffy parts of Clapham look, particularly with the amount of rubbish and litter dumped on the streets and the council's inability to clean up the area efficiently, could we all please complain to the council, there's a complaints form on the council's website and i understand a number of residents have complianed but i think the more people that complain the quicker the issue will be considered. the link is http://e-forms.lambeth.gov.uk/Lambeth.EForms.Complaints/(k3enb055cfkxv4baapwzxn45)/Default.aspx sometimes thisonline form does not work so best to send an email to streetcarecallcentre@lambeth.gov.ukThe more people complain the better the chance of getting a hearing from the council
