Anyone know? There seems to be a hell of a lot of police around and all traffic seems to be being directed down Clapham Park Road and the rest of the streets are grid-locked.

Just interested... (well, and nosy)

Chris.

There was a road traffic accident.  A Mini was parked up on the pavement with a smashed windscreen, so it looked as if someone had been run over.  I asked one of the policemen whether that's what happened, and he said, 'A bit of that, and a bit of road rage..'.  So I don't know what actually happened, maybe someone else saw it.

I presume the London Ambulance landing on the Common just opposite the Pepper Tree was for the same incident?

Thanks Philski, I've just found a news story about it:
