Anyone know why the gents' toilets next to Clapham Common Tube have been closed for so long?

This seems really bad, when the other public toilets in Clapham have been closed permanently ... these ones have been closed for (I think) about six months, with just a hand-written "Toilets out of order" sign on the door, no indication of when they might re-open.

 I think they closed in 1938 sortly after they opened, Lambeth council had a problem keeping them clean.......funny that lol

 I live opposite the site and frequently asked about toilets... my firend who owns Metro is often asked to use her toilets...frustrating...  i may allow people to use my toilets... (providing they are blonde and unattached)
