I ordered this book, it was called " Mastering the Rent to Own Market". I was a little skeptical at first, but, Tyrone Braxton, former two time super bowl champ and pro-bowler, was endorsing this book. It was FREE, all I had to pay was shipping and handling. I read the book and I can't beleive it. It is so incrdible yet, simple. I am getting started right away. It was well written, easy to read and straight forward. I am not a real estate professional but, I don't need to be. Really, if you are looking for a way to make some extra cash in todays market. This is the way to go.
