24 VIEWS AND NO HAS ANSWERED THIS YET?  YOUR QUESTION IS CONFUSING. THE "PUSH ROD " FOR CLUTCH ENGAGMENT IS CONTAINED IN THE CASING. WHAT I THINK YOU ARE REFERRING TO IS THE CLUTCH LEVER WHERE THE CABLE ATTACHES TO , AND YES THERE IS A SEAL THERE. GENERALY THEY ARE LIKE A THICK METAL WASHER THAT HAS A HARD RUBBER COATING SURRONDING IT. YOU HAVE TO PULL THE CASING OFF TO RELEASE THE LEVER, SO AS TO REMOVE THE SEAL.

After removing the left side i can see the seal but i cannot get it out.  I think i will have to split the casing to remove the seal.  If you have any other suggestions on how to remove this seal please let me know.
