I am the owner and I can be honest to say that as of this point I am having trouble liking my own group. I feel the lack of unity in the group. Ideas or inputs from members are scarce lime they have no voice but can voice opinions in other vroups. They wanna put all the blame on the admins but we can only take partial and members should hold some responsibility for not givong ideas. when people dont speak we can only go by assumptions. As a mark of a true leader I have to be real within myself and the group in order for it to grow.
I have come up with ideas on helping the group grow and maybe I can be more productive and speak to everyone when I'm in there but they also have to speak back and when you get no response when you speak it really discourages you from being active in the group.Making up some games and getting people involved should be the next step in rebuilding the group.
i so agree because as much as greetings are sent when none are returned it does leave a bitter taste. like i understand we all have same people in groups but it still is no excuse to be equally vocal and i find games and still less production. and itis hard to bring new people in when your old cant even contribute
