Could someone please help me?

I have a Seymour Duncan P-Rails in the bridge and a Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates in the neck.  I have one volume with Push-Pull, a 3-way mini toggle and a standard 3-way telecaster switch.

Could someone provide a wiring diagram?  I want the Pearly Gates to be coil tapped using the Push-Pull and I want the P-Rails to be split using the mini-toggle.

I have looked at the Seymour Duncan website but I am lost!  Please help!

Thanks
