Wiiject, if you're talking about the volume and tone knobs, then you're in luck. That's quite possibly the easy mod you can make to a Tele (or any electric guitar, for that matter)!
If you're talking about the neck tuners, that's a little more complicated. You can easily get the replacement tuners you want, but it's possible that the holes in the neck might need a little reaming out. It's also possible that screw holes from the old tuners may not be covered over by the new tuners. The best thing to do is to get your hands on a set of tuners and see how they fit before you do anything permanently. Good luck!
