Found this today. I haven't used it so I don't know if it works but you can view the product here:http://www.solutionscatalog.com/jump.jsp?itemID=5431&itemType=PRODUCT&RS=1&keyword=68790Paw Pro - the all-natural 'de-icer' for dogs."A quick spray protects your dog's bare paws from salt, ice balls and snow clumping. Developed and proven in Canada where the winters can be fearsome, Paw Pro is a non-toxic spray that prevents ice and snow build-up between a dog's paw pads...and even prevents snowballs from accumulating on the legs and belly. This gentle blend contains two effective natural water repellents-lanolin and sunflower oil-and even prevents road salt from penetrating the pads and causing irritation. It works better than expensive dog booties that slip off and make walking difficult."

Hi Sarah - thanks for this information.  I have tried a number of things on Molly's paws including Musher's Pride - but the formulation of lanolin and sunflower oil seem innocuous enough, the only question would be does it work?  I did a "google' of the brand and found this site:  http://www.dog.com/itemdy00.asp?T1=101913 that has it for a buck cheaper or this one which is $3 more expensive:  http://www.mydoggy.com/spaseries.htm.

Drs. Foster and Smith have it for $ 9.99  http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/Prod_Display.cfm?pcatid=13540&inm=1&N=2001+113846+2035

Happy New Year -

Bill
