the 100 and 200 will be good between Klemm (if he gets healthy), White, and Hickman.

the 400 should be a good one. Brandon Roberts from Williamstown could be a huge factor.

the 1600 and 3200 should be a two-man race between Grandt and Hall.

4x100 could be really interesting. can anybody get in the 46s to challenge St. Marys?

4x400 should be a great race between Charleston Catholic and Doddridge.

Shuttles between Williamstown and South Harrison

high jump could get interesting.

shot between Malone and Ludolph of St. Marys.

pole vault. not really great competition, but how high will Beckner go?

Don't count out Robinson from Moorefield in the open 100. He tends to get better pretty quickly as the year goes on, and he posted an 11.20 hand-time a few days ago when his fastest time before was 11.64. He should be tied for second at 11.44 on Wednesday with the Best Performances update.

It's going to be interesting to see how the sprints go this year.. it's a lot more open than last year.

im thinking all the relays will be good races; Shuttles 4x1 4x2 4x4.. ...the 100 will be good 2 watch..and so will the 200...i think the 400  will be very close 2 u never know.....and about the 4x1 lol consider the 46's done !         Moorefield Williamstown and South Harrison at the last meet i believe  and Clay Batelle could always come on strong at the end of the year 2 as Beach gets faster..

I can't really say much. I have yet to run the 200 with a healthy leg or the 300m hurdles at all this year. I was picked as a returner to compete in the 300's this year, i hope i can make the run at states....

If the times were accurate.. Nottingham might make it a one man show in the 300's in A. The Quad @ RCB had him at a 38.9.. thought the times were a little fast.. but still he might make a run at Novick's state meet record at 39.4
