In my opinion, the 200 could easily be one of the most fun races to watch in "A" this year. It's impossible to tell who will win. Nottingham will run at least a 22.8, and could go lower. White will probably lower his time by a solid amount, and he's extremely strong late in races. He ran well with a 22.89, but he will likely go under 22.8 at states. I'll run a lot better at full strength, my 23.11 came from slowing badly at the end of the regional race when I was actually ahead after the first 100 and even about 160-170 in. Shawn Robinson and Keith Currence might also go under 23 to make the race even more interesting. Robinson definitely can, and I'd say Currence has the endurance and speed to do it too.
It's going to be fun.
