Just curious about what happened to Rachel Buser from Berkley Springs? I know she set a couple of state records early in her career, and it looks as though she didn't even run at the Regional meet her senior season. I always enjoyed watching her run.

Injured.  Per an article in the Martinsburg Journal, a pair of stress fractures.
