I can't see anyone beating Ben Miller anytime soon in the 800.



The 3200 will be one of the best races.. between Wise, Noel, McCoy, Jones and maybe a couple others will pop up. All of the hurdle races should be really close this year too, especially the highs.

I think noel could run sub 2:00 but i dont no about getting his time that fast in it
