man we had a blast tonight. Reminded me of the old days. Thanks for a good time, hope everyone has a safe and happy Thanksgiving. Hope to see uncle Matt next time. I need to find a place to camp so we can run orccc fri and newred sat. Thanks for having us!!!

Shiverville is has started the summmer points series this past weekend and had a great turnout. The series is four races long with one drop. The remaining races are; 6/25, 7/9 and 7/23 with the awards BBQ/Race on 8/6. Everone that runs atleast three races will receive an award. We will also be giving away some great prizes (details to come).
Gates open at 11:00, racing 1:00.
Classes for points are;
Mod 2 Wheel buggy
Mod 2 Wheel Truck
Stock STC (based on driver, not moter size)
Mod SCT
4X4 SCT
We do run novice and electric 8th scale but not for points
Once we complete the points series, the Shiverville group will be supporting ORCCC and Newreds as much as we can!!!

BIRTHDAY? Heck, when is the ark gonna be finished? Sounds like we need to start an "old timers" class, with .20 steering servos, 55 turn motors, and 30 minute breaks between every event! Betcha got a "hovaround", !!!

The test went reasonably well, we had a few computer issues but the program worked fine. It appears our old computer may not have the needed horsepower to run the software smoothly so Dex is going to look into a replacement. Thanks to those who came out to help us test. |
Mike, I would call Doug Hay with RC Scoring Pro and make sure it's the machine...just a suggestion. If you do get a new machine I would like to get the old one back.

Yes its true...I'm getting out of the hobby. I will be selling everything that I have. All 1/10 scale cars/trucks ready to race w/radio $20.00 each, 1/8 scale nitro and elect $50.00 each. A box of spare parts (about $300.00 worth) $10.00. NIB JC tires $2.00. Get with me fast, at these prices it will go fast.

She said she will really try to come out this weekend.I gave her a drivers stand drawing .I guess somebody was trying to give them false information about the club But its no problem. They want the place spruced up as far as wood and pipes go. The people that really want to help can get with me and we'll get it addressed. I really miss Dennis-Gary and Wyatt and his Dad they really did help with stuff. |

I like the pics on the home page, the one of the drivers stand should help get drivers from ALL over to race @ ORCCC...or atleast the city codes enforcement.

I'm trying to get somebody to run the races SAT or Sun around noon--but it seems people want to travel a couple of hours and race out of town--go figure. I have a call into James tate maybe he will help. |
