Would it be legal to replace the front skid plate with the RPM version? The RPM version prevents the bell crank from popping out.
It certainly is NOT performance enhancing as better tires and electronics would be.
Please let me know before I order.

Rebuilt diff with new carbide balls
Two ok bodies
One brand new paint blue with silver flames, never used
A few extra miscellaneous parts (suspension arms, spur gears, wheelie bar for on road use--a MUST use with brushless)

Since no no rules have been much talked about yet, I would like to vote for keeping the Slash tires as what we run, NOT the Jc's.
I say this because:
1) it's easy to pick up a complete mounted set for $25 on ebay--very important for my budget!!
2) that's what Slash is about, sliding around, having fun, if you want hardcore competition, go to buggy or truck class
My $ .02, hope we can keep "stock," stock!!

Hey everyone,
just kinda wondering what kind of set ups you are running on your Slashes.
Shocks--which shock hole are you using top and bottom?
Which shock limiter are you using, if any in the front? rear?
Is anyone using diff grease?
We're not doing state races, so I hope people will freely say what they are doing.
I am an amateur/novice driver, so anything that helps would be appreciated.

I see you are a moderator, perhaps, THE moderator. Anyway, I started this thread. When I went to sign back in, it is saying I am "banned from this forum." I e-mailed the
staff@orccc.org adress and haven't gotten a response. Anyway, not sure what's going on, but I had to login from my company laptop to post this, and I don't really care to use the company laptop for this.
Can you help me out here and let me know what the heck is going on? Not sure why I would be banned for posting I had an excellent time. I was there for Saturday's races, I believe I may have met you. Anyway, if you can get this fixed, I would appreciate it.
