Re :   Naveen Andrews Joins ABC Drama Pilot ‘Reckless’,

The IMDB is listing Reckless as a tv movie in pre-production instead of a pilot now.  We might get to see this yet!

Re :   Future Tense

I looked it up and the director from Lost, Hearts and Minds, did work on Future Tense!  Javier Grillo-Marxuach.  Now if we could just find out what happened to that movie.  side note he appears to be a fan of Naveen.

Re :   Future Tense

I found out that the commentary from Lost that might be about Future Tense was Hearts and Minds. One of the writers mentioned that he worked with Naveen on a pilot and how different that character was from Sayid.  Cute little tattle form Maggie about Naveen not bothering to wash up before going home after shooting.

Topic :   Naveen Andrews Joins ABC Drama Pilot ‘Reckless’,

Lost alum Naveen Andrews has been cast in the ABC pilot Reckless. Written/exec produced by Chris Black and directed/exec produced by Martin Campbell, the thriller centers on David (Patrick Fugit), a resourceful problem solver who, when his wife Sarah (Eloise Mumford) is unjustly imprisoned during a political uprising overseas, resorts to entering a world of political intrigue, dangerous alliances and high emotional stakes in order to get her out.

Andrews will play Brit Roland Shaw, former SAS and a renegade who will do whatever it takes, for a price, to rescue Sarah. Andrews, repped by Gersh, Ellen Meyer Management, and attorney Rick Genow, recently wrapped the male lead role opposite Naomi Watts in the film Diana.

Topic :   Bombay Boy article

Got lucky on EBAY and found this magazine, Society, April 1997 issue that has an article about Bombay Boys with a few pictures and quotes of Naveen!

Re :   Future Tense

It was made, but I cannot find anywhere that it was actually shown on TV.  Christopher Titus did talk about it once, saying how absolutely terrible it was.

Does anyone remember in the commentaries.....I think for the pilot someone said that they had worked with Naveen on another pilot where he played a foppish lawyer....and I don't know any other role that Naveen played close to that and Future Tense was the only pilot he has done, so......I'm thinking it got made but maybe never aired?

Re :   He's Not Forgotten

Thanks, I did find it.  I think casting him as Aladdin could be interesting since Aladdin was supposed to be a bit of a con artist.  Some have suggested Jafar.  I do think he would be good at it but I really think that is being a little to predictable.  Either Aladdin or the Genie, either way something that would let his sense of humor and spirit show!

Topic :   Future Tense

I am noticing that in some of Naveen's movie listings Future Tense isn't listed.  Even on the tv guide website.  I am beginning to think that this was never released and may even have been lost.  Has anyone ever seen it?  Christopher Titus's website doesn't list it.  How bad could this have been?

Re :   He's Not Forgotten

It was a link to an article that suggested he appear on Once Upon a Time as Aladdin.  It would be fine with me.

Re :   Once upon a time

Though they could go Lost and have Cas Anvar as Jafar.  That would tie in Heros, Lost and Alcatraz quite nicely.  Plus I would really like to see Naveen and Sendhil work together.
