I plan on stopping in at the pond again tomorrow (the 4th)
The temperatures are cooler than they were last week, though an early sail is still advisable.  I'm thinking about 8:00 for about 2 hours.

Come and join me if you can.  If not, enjoy your 4th with family or friends.

Well...

Not even the ducks were at the pond today. Just me and a couple of runners.  Winds were from the east mostly at about 5 knots: excellent sailing conditions!  The temperature was not too bad, compared to the last couple of weeks.  I used my new shade system, which was a breeze to setup and put away.  Best of all, it only cost a little time, as I did it with materials on hand.

I sailed the White Dragon, my 24 inch America's Model.  I had to replace a servo after the last near sinking and rescue, and I needed to test and adjust it.  She sailed beuatifully.

I expect to be on hand at next week's sail.

Sorry I missed you I showed up at the pond around 10:30.Did some testing on my brothers UL-1.I am thinking of heading back out tomorrow to do some more testing.I will more than likely bring my Nirvana along.
