I think Steve M. will kiss your ring for finding sea robin recipes...

Chaz, on my way home tonight, I saw a boat way up the Shrewsbury west of the gooseneck bridge. Was that you? Sweet CC with 3 guys on it. Even the river was snotty, all the way back there. If it was you, hope all went well. If not, I hope you caught on the beach.

If you went by just the weather report and not the calendar, you would think the tournament was this weekend...typical Hi-Mar weather...even I'm not thinking of going out. At least I can finish finishing the floor...with that project done, I can look for some of those stripers Alan has been releasing. On a different note, it is a good weekend for a sea trial...just make sure to hook the key lanyard to your belt, Chaz. good luck with whatever you decide to do.

I'm not sure who posted this, but in the future, can you make it a little bigger so it's easier to read? these damn screens are hard enough to look at. As far as the subject matter, the dogfish are as endangered as the sea robins... no market for them either. Do you think a cat would know the difference between tuna and sea robin, or better yet, feed the cats some canadian geese...there's an endangered species for ya'... coming soon at a supermarket near you: Capn Casey's Cat Cuisine sorry, got off track there, anyway, tight lines guys, see you on the water

Jerry, the boat ran great, thanks. She's like new, I wish I could have handled the seas as good as she did. My ribs still hurt from hurling...lol

I think I figured out how Columbus found the Americas when he was looking for India. He consulted NOAA before he left port and thought all would be well... Went to the 100 square, one skippy, two yellowfin, wind and seas were triple of the forecast. Lots of life out there. Saw two great whites on top, looked like one had a satellite tag on it. They were between 16 and 18 feet long. Lots of porpoise, and a couple of whales. Hope all had a good weekend, see you at the tourney. Case

Ron, I was thinking the same thing, but maybe there is a silver lining...As a club we could send a representative to this meeting. I nominate Chuck, this way someone else could win a tournament once in a while...

Looks good to me Ron, checking the website, the monies do go to preserving access to outdoor sports. Good work, yet again.

Thanks for the report Alan, great catch. looking forward to getting out there myself, of course my day off is tomorrow, and will have to deal with wind and rain. (not to mention re-finishing my dining room floor.) see you at the meeting. Case

Thanks Ron, I saw that post this am and was looking forward to trying a couple of drifts, but just not able to get out. how was the bottom fishing? you said you had some filets, so I guess you got some keepers. good job, i'm glad you got out. hopefully Sunday will calm down and I can get out then.

Thanks for the report, Chuck, I'm going tonite, so hopefully I can put up some info also. Friggin jobs keep getting in the way of fishing...

I read steve's comment so fast I thought he wrote monofilament instead of non-fulfillment... my mind is really in the gutter...

Ron, from what I can see, most people just read headlines, so I tried to catch some attention... thanks for your report. Mike, if your still looking, maybe you should get a new prescription for those glasses, Patty is right in front of you...
