Had the President, Bob Kamienski, Pat, and my friend Angelo out for some Fluke fishing on Saturday, July 12th.
Inspired by Barry's 12.75 lb'er I thought I would try the low numbers of Ambrose Channel, however between the  Southeast/South winds and the warnings of "big" swells, I was hesitant.  But we went anyway, and were
rewarded with constant action of Fluke looking to commit suicide.  the keepers were all over 21" and there were
very few small fish.  We also had the usual fair share of Sea Robins, Skates and Dogfish, including one of the largest Smooth Dogfish I've ever seen(caught by Pat).
After the change of tide, the wind really picked up, and forced us to move south to the Reach Channel, where we proceded to catch several more keepers, including one about 5-6 lbs, caught by Bob.  ( A discussion on the finer points of netting fish also occured).
By 1 PM It was also getting windy in the Reach, so we decided to call it a day.  End result - 18 keeper Fluke.
Not a bad day, by today's standards.

Once again Pat "Trophy Hunter" Kamienski shows the guys how it's done!  Even with smooth Dogfish, she wears the pants!

Way to Go Pat
