This week a "walking challenge" was started at work.  If you walk (or do another workout) for 30 minutes 3 times in the week, you can enter in a drawing for a variety of prizes.  So, I did it.  I walked one day and did aerobics two days.  I got a voice mail yesterday and I won an iPod Shuffle and a $10 iTunes gift card - YEAH ME!!!  It includes the gift receipt so I can upgrade it or exchange it for something else. 

The other win was because of my focus on exercise this week (and last week), I am finally back to my recent low plus one more pound!  So, I am now 18 pounds below my pre-pregnancy weight! 

Any other success stories this week.

Since no one else is sharing...I will just share some more.

This week I have done 120 minutes of either walking or aerobic workouts.  I have also added in some "core" exercises to try to loose some inches around my waist so I can drop down a pant size.  Stupid baby belly!

I have been having success keeping my meal plans going throughout the weekend, which is often a challenge. I burn out, get lazy, don't plan ahead. I give in to whatever comes up.
My Friday nights are helped by the knowledge that I am up at spinning class on Saturday morning. So I want to feel good. If I eat too much or too bad the night before, I don't have quite the stamina.
