Why does being healthy not include M & Ms?

I'm feeling sorry for myself, and so out comes the chocolate.  I love the yummy warm flavor, but I hate how I feel an hour later.

Tomorrow is a new day, right?

I think it is a proven fact - women need chocolate!  I think that being healthy can include M&Ms in moderation.  I have found that if you deprive yourself completely - it backfires in the long run.  I like to look at the serving size on the bag and have 1 to 2 servings - then I'm done.  Plus I need to take them out of the bag and put them into a little bowl or cup so I measure my serving before I start eating.

 Good luck.

I totally agree - you must have some of what you love to stay on track.  Mine is wine or beer (and of course chocolate).  So I deprive myself for a little while (mostly with alcohol to prove to myself that I don't NEED it - cuz it's different than chocolate that way) and then when I feel I've proven it to myself, I have some - and now that I'm very much so back on track with my Weight Watchers program tracking, I will count all the points and deal with my decisions like an adult.

:)  You can have M&M's - you must chose how many, and then feel no guilt.  It's different if you feel like you are cheating as opposed to adding them into your plan.  Lifestyle - not diet.

:)  Keep up the great work, cuz you really are doing great!
