Good question...but perhaps not the only question nor the best question. How about these questions?:
1) What did the French stand to gain politically/monetarily by not being highly observant when Diana was in Paris?
2) What favors could the French government curry with other governments if they were asked to cooperate on a secretive mission carried out on their soil?
3) What would happen if another country performed a secretive mission on French soil and then left the French to clean up the mess with not enough clarity on how to do so?
4) Why were the French not, of their own accord, interested in protecting Diana while on their soil since she was an internationally known figure and mother of heirs to the throne of the UK?
5) If there were a "high speed chase" through the streets of France, where were the Fench police? On a donut and coffee break?
6) Why the haste in cleaning the roadway after such a high profile traffic "accident?" sure to warrant an investigation?
7) Do the French need more money for their traffic control systems such as officers on the gorund watching for traffic violations, fixing faulty traffic cameras and poorly functioning lighting systems in their tunnels? Do they need to sell more Eiffel Tower statuettes to ga-ga tourists to generate the funds?
8) Do they need to tighten their requirements/education for all personnel who work in morgues and lab testing facilities?
Just a few questions off the top of my head!
