I have found that the K31 shoots dead on with jacketed bullets but with cast it shoot to the right. I have not found a solution to this yet but to shoot jacketed bullets in my k31 and save the cast for my Mosin Nagants, and SKS.  Or adjust the windage.  Has anyone else had this problem?
