If you are interested in purchasing long distance you could talk to Cache Le Poudre Rifle Works in Fort Collins Colorado.  I vistit their establishment frequently and the last time I was in they had a shoe box full of 310 tools and dies. Their phone number is 970-482-6913.  Probably the largest selection of used 310 tools that I have ever seen.
