Lyman lists it as a 232 grain SWC.  It's a single lube groove, plain base SWC that has a straight taper ogive, like a truncated cone, instead of the familar Keith ogive. 

 

I've never used it before.

Of all the 44 Lyman boolits I have tried, this particular flavor was the toughest to make shoot in each of the guns I had access to at the time.  This was back in 74, and was one I traded off at the Lyman mold repair center.  Today, I think I would consider it a challenge to make it work somehow. ... felix
