This is easy as it mostly consists of opening cans.?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" />Tortilla soup1 ?pounds ground round1 can whole kernel corn, drained1 can ranch style beans1 can chopped ro-tel tomatoes1 can chopped tomatoes1 pkg. ranch dressing mix1 pkg. taco seasoningGrated cheeseTortilla chipsBrown meat with taco seasoning, remove from skillet, drain fat.In a pot add corn andbeans, both tomatoes, meat, ranch dressing mix.Add water as needed. Bring to a boil.Cook over medium heat 45 minutes to 1 hour.Serve over tortilla chips, top with shredded cheese.

WILLS--That tortilla soup must be popular in Texas. Wife already had same recipe(she said it's in about 15 of her cookbooks)but what the hey,I like it. I saw Twin Buttes full one time since I been here. The cage was completely underwater. That would have made where I was driving my atv Saturday about 50 feet deep.
