The lead alloy I found at the scrap yard the other day, wile looking for babbit.Ithas the pinkish tint to it. Its BHN 22, casts easy, but a boolit cast from lino is about 155 gr and this alloy runs about 150 gr. it looks like I found babbit alloy of some sort??I have got to try heat treating this stuff!! .........buck

That would be good!  Whatever it is, it makes good bullets and I  got about 300 LBS of it.  I  think  I will reserve it for rifle loads ,as I have a lot of WW alloy for the handgun boolits.

It sure casts easy and it kinda pretty too!! ....buck
