Here is our current project:We've got the feeding solved (actually, Burnside and Thuer worked it out in the 1800's), but still have to do a bit of work on extraction. See y'all "Over the fence" on Gunloads. Happy April 1!floodgate

All you have to do is drop those rimless cases into a blackpowder cylinder that has been fitted with firingpins instead of percussion cap nipples. Sounds like a good winter project to me. Oh darn, we're barely into spring. Guess it'll be a while.

Ric,

 

Wasn't that the one where the barrel pointed backwards toward the shooter?  I'm sorry to say, it didn't group well.

 

Somebody has to take up for the cat man.
