Hi guys, i am a british cold war vet, 1972-1984, Uk. B.A.O.R. Norway. Sardinia, and all points west, and like you guys am fighting tooth and nail for some sort of recignition that my efforts and those of my comrades were worth the time.reading the forums i can see your efforts are more verhment and focused than ours. Our home grown wastes of space in the form of our corrupt politicians, and the whitehall bum shuffelling civil servants could not give a toss as to the thoughts and aspirations of the men and women who for nearly 50 years kept them safe and sound in their ivory towers. The pace is quickening over here, more and more vets are lobbing their M.Ps and service charties, and now we have a change of goverment, we all hope that they will see sense and do the right thing, but i will not hold my breath.
Keep the pressure on, and as Englands greatest living englishmen once said, "never never never give in " regards
Tony Levy. "semper im excremto profundo varient"
