If I was a member under the old CWVA will I be carried over into the new organization or will I have to resubmit my DD-214 Again?

I can't say for sure... but I am pretty sure you will need to send another copy into to Lloydene. We are not associated with the CWVA so we don't have their records to be able to check membership.
