Jerry, No one can say you didn't give it your all. Thanks for all your efforts. I'm sorry to see you step down, but you must do what you think is best. I imagine frustration played a part in your decision, and rightfully so. The city of Omaha last year held a parade to honor Cold War Veterans. Now the city is planning to build a memorial in the shape of the the hull, rudder and sail of the submarine USS Omaha (SSN 692) 1976-1995 using the actual sail and rudder.
