Well last night I tried to post a pix and a message comes up saying we are not.  My guess it is time for me to repay but they give me nowhere to go up continue the upgrade.
Every year I get a notice saying "time to pay" and I do.  Now they have no ploace for me to go and give a credit card and return my room into the diamond community it has always been.  Got an addy for me,

 The internet gaming exchange is the payment reference ( the merchant), the payment goes through them to aimoo, I really don't think you need to cancel your card & the payment, though that is up to you.

 Karrier.. why is in Accounting  log?????? its not there..... I did 4 different Credit Card.. all of the same.. Internet Game Exchange...hmmmmm.... went through but i got error 500 something blah blah.. mean all of 4 CC.. already pending .. i dont know hows to explain... 

ok.. I will wait until tomorrow if I got my diamond membership..mean see if I see it  in accounting log..

ah, so you didn't actually go through the whole process, you got an error everytime?

ats the case then diamond won't show up, I do suggest you check your cards to see if any payments were made.

 I did put all of information then click the payment and only i saw was error 500 blah blah

the post #21.. i did.. then error..then checked at my bank account saying Internet game exchange.. hold Date to 2 days.. 
I did different browser.. all of the same...
4 of my members did the donation and same happen with the I G E also i wont put my money again (for nothing) until fixing all of the system..  all of total 82.00 dlrs... one for 60 dlrs.. three for 7.50 dlrs.. i did different CC .. i clicked for renew diamond membership...
sorry for all of incovenience happen those problem..

Hi,C_MEE.There is no problem that money will come to our account by GC with no security.Because Global Collect the third party has the security warranty for everyone.

Hi SexzBoricua, As I said above, Internet Game Exchange uses the same GC account but we have different software to receive the funds. Money will not get into the wrong hands. If you have some problems about your account, you can PM me and I will check it for you.

I think that because so many people are having a problem with this process, that Aimoo should look into receiving payment through another means.  I just do not like giving my credit card information to this company.  The site is not secure, and people are getting their charges posted through various sites in different countries.  To me that does not instill confidence...and is downright alarming.
With so much credit card fraud out there, we have every reason to be concerned about this.  Can a different credit card service be used?

Again, is there some other way for us to make a secure payment?  I do not want my credit card information to go through some gaming site in England or Ireland.  They have no business having my private information.

Doris, The Owner of Aimoo also owns other companies, GC being one of them. We don't know which country it goes through.  England or Ireland was mentioned about other companies (not Aimoo) when no one knew what was going on.

 ...I have also heard from my members that this gaming site charges a fee for the transaction.  So we, the customers of Aimoo, are being billed more to use this gaming service...which many here are concerned, isn't secure.

This saddens me as I have 2 groups both Diamond but I will not renew as I do not want to go thru these gaming sites do not need that on my records.  If you find another way I would love to know and then I will do diamond again.  JoAnn

It looks like many group owners are worried that this gaming ecxchange  will one day be taking out money from their accounts . once paid for the year ( Diamond  $60 ) for your group . take copies of any transactions ( payments ) and inform your bank . your worried as regards this GC . and put a stop to any payments that may present itself . that way your payment > credit cards  are protected .> Ron

Keep in mind. Paying for a year..then stopping any more transactions through your credit card..may not work. Once you OK a site charge, they (the banks) normally will transact anything from that site again.

If you do monthly. I wouldn't do it!!

Pesonally, I would not use that service.  You have no way in the US of getting funds back from it.  With Paypal or Visa CC or the others you could.

Dear members.Before we choose GC and use our IGXE account,we take all of this problems into consider.At first,I said our account through GC the third secure party.They will check every insecure exchange.Second,Aimoo connect with GC directly not through IGXE.When you paid,your money will come to our account log not in IGXE.Please trust that everything that we do will take our members into consideration.

I am wondering why not I have used paypal in the past and why are they not allowing any aimoo charges I did check out the GC however why are people saying that on there charge statement it says Gaming and from oversease like England and Ireland.  When you say this it is off shore illegal gambling and for the US it is illegal to have anything to do with this.  Please advise.  ty

I happened to receive my Credit Card Statement yesterday. I know I am slack but I don't normally take too much notice of it. I usually have an idea of what I've spent so if the total looks OK then I just pay it. My bank covers me for any wrong doing anyway.  One time they phoned me because something was out of the ordinary but it was for something genuine.

This time I did look at the Statement more closely and I was surprised to see that quite a few of the names showed as different types of games, etc, for things I had purchased on line so I guess it depends on which company they decide to receive their payments through.

Anyway, I haven't had a problem with any of them and at least we know that GC is part of the Aimoo family.

Thanks Babs and Enjoy's explains.GC is our third party and they have the same security warranty just like Paypal as I mentioned above.Every exchange we need approve it,then it will showed on your account log.So it will show 24 hours later after you finish payment.

My understanding was that our money goes thru the off shore Gaming Exchange and Babs is stating that there are alot of games on her CC statement.  I do not want to do with any off shore Illegal Gaming Exchange to show on my statements.  So please verify is it the Illegal Off shore Gaming Exchange that comes up, for it is illegal in the US as I stated before my nephew a citizen of Greece got a job in Spain and it is that Off shore Gaming meaning Gambling he is doing well but when my son who is a US citizen checked into it he can not work for them as we consider this illegal gambling.

I went to that link and it is a game group here in aimoo so if it is that it should say aimoo.  I do know businesses are all over I was understanding that it was off shore gambling exchange that took the money and then gives to aimoo and if that is the case then I can no longer renew my 2 groups for diamond status.  I understand Aimoo has alot of different businesses BUT it is is the off shore gambling exchange then I do not want my CC info in their hands.   I do notice that you say you think it is like that so if someone can find out it would be appreciated. Well because of this credit card mess, our group has decided to leave Aimoo.  We have endured numerous server problems, lost posts, double posts, error messages, and now payment issues.  It just isn't worth it anymore.  
There are other sites out there who much easier to deal with, with better service and who have better technical support.  
You have lost us...we are done.
