Title:Do NOT want to join Moneybookers!
I set up a PayPal account specifically for the purpose of paying for my Diamond account. However, it doesn't seem to be availaible to us now...
So reluctantly I took out my credit card and started to fill in the info, after double checking the tutorial:
"Credit Card and PayPal are the quickest methods but it's your choice."
At the end of the form, they ask you to sign up for Moneybookers as a part of the terms!
I do not want to sign up for something I know nothing about, and have been told it adds time....my credit should go through immediately!!!
Please let me know what to do ASAP, as I'm sure you would like my money soon after all those notices that were sent to me!

I still get the same screen I got before. I've just (5 mins ago) tried both the moneybookers and the credit card option.
Can I please get an update? I'm running out of time to keep the Diamond service. I know everyone is busy, but a status would be helpful.
I know we won't get any movement over the weekend and I've been at this since a week ago yesterday. I'm sorry, I have tried to be patient, but my frustration level is rising. I do have other things that I keep track of during the day (I work and go to school) and checking back to see if this is fixed sometimes slips my mind.
I also keep getting messages that my Diamond service is going to expire and that is auto-generated I know, but I can't pay to extend it right now! Help! I'm getting desperate!

I saw that Pay Pal is not an option anymore. Now it is Money Booker.
I've check Money Booker out and I refuse to use it, as all I have seen
is bad reviews. I also will not use a credit card, and I don't get out enough to get a money order. My members will not donate any money since Pay Pal is no longer used, and that puts me in a bad position.
If you don't bring Pay Pal back, I'll have no other choice but to not renew Diamond.....I'd rather put up with the ads. So please consider
bringing Pay Pal back.

My members refuse to use MoneyBookers at all and I wont use it either.
It has a bad reputation.
Please bring back Pay pal.

I found a lot of intesting things about Moneybookers Terms of Use, but apparently we cannot even use them until we have applied to the properly:
3.2. Customer may only register for the Moneybookers Payment Service and establish a Moneybookers Account by completing the online application form. A Customer must maintain an active [postal mail] address, telephone number and email address to become a Customer and may not provide any false, inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information. Customer must not provide any name, bank account or credit card that he is not legally authorized to use. Customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided at registration and subsequently is kept up to date. Moneybookers reserves the right to request further information pertaining to Customer’s Account at any time. Failure to supply such information may result in limitation on usage of the Service or suspension of the Account.
They also state that we must keep a "stored value balance" with them....what a load of xxxx!

Is there an update on when PayPal will be offered again? One of my pages had a link for my members to make a donation. I use my homepage to post lessons for my students who speak English as a foreign language. They may think that I am requesting them to donate. I left a message for them not to donate. This is a bother to me. Please let me know soon what you are planning to do about making payments.
Thank you.

G'day Bob ... with regards to your query about Paypal - feedback shall be provided immediately upon receipt.
Just for clarification ... is the donation moneybag icon visible in your forum? re:

If you do not wish to have the Donation chest icon visible in your forum you can:
Click on [Forum Management] > [General Setting] > [Donation] > In the "Display the forum donation moneybag icon - Click on [None] on the pull-down menu > Click [Submit]

Have a good day

Konnichiwa and Good Day (I know it's not good die :)) to you too.
No, the donation icon is a generic one. I didn't click on it but I am sure it is safe - it's just that I don't want my friend's/students donating.
I know that when a homepage host site is located in a different country is can be hectic sometimes - I appreciate you all doing what you can to try and make everybody happy.
Also, thanks for the quick reply.
Take care,
Bob

Hi Bob,
What iandi_OZ means is that you can hide the Donation icon so there would be nothing for your members to click on.
