I have a member, Ria2010, who can log-in to THE BLACK POETRY CAFE, but it doesn't allow her to post or reply to anything....anyway you guys can fix that to where she can? I looked her up in the members list and her name wouldn't even come up for whatever reason..........ALSO, group e-mail feature is NOT WORKING again

Please advise if she receives an error message when she tries to post and if so, what it says.
Have you checked your Permissions?
Also ask her if she can see the Join link. If she can, she is not a member. The Permissions have changed so that non-members cannot post.
Some people have been posting in forums for years not realising that they never actually joined.
Please do not change the Permissions back so that non members can post.
The Techs are working on the Group email issue. Sorry about that.

I bet she is non of the pending members and that's why she can't post.
