If you enter all your credit card info and it comes back with a statement that says to the effect your transaction did not go through do NOT try again because I did and I got billed for each of the attempts over $300. So if it comes back and says it didnt go through it prob did and dont enter info again. I'm XXX and the company we pay to is in Great Britain.

I was charged over $300 for an upgrade to Diamond Status to remove ads and I still have ads. Aimoo kept saying that transfer did not go thru so I kept trying and now they charge me all that money. No place to complain and have them change my credit card and I still have ads. Such a fraud. I better at least have no ads while I report this fraudulent practice to the proper authorities

Hi not sure how this post got missed, have you tried contacting aimoo directly about this or only posted here? I am sure this can be sorted out but the aimoo admin will need to look into it, have you tried a charge back by your card dealer? I am sure they will be helpful with this for you, they will see it is a mistake I reckon, I suggest you try them as well as letting aimoo sort it out that way you should get it back, 300 is far to much to do nothing about and I totally understand how upset you must be, I am sorry your opening post was not replied to, not sure how it got missed but I will give admin a kick up the bum about this for you

Hi Kath, Did you contact Alice with the details she requested so that any duplicate payments could be declined? This needed to be done immediately. She also requested your forum link.
