Title:100% failure of aimoo to send reg verification e-mails. Verified.

All but one of the people who wish to post on aimoo/stockconversation have reported me a failure of the system to send them a registration confirmation e-mail. Various browsers, various operating systems, all their e-mails are e-mails that should work just fine for aimoo, many of them yahoo e-mails.So I just set up a test account with a yahoo e-mail so I could try to register on aimoo as a new user and see what happened. Sure enough, the failure was replicated. The system failed to send me a registration verification link, or any e-mail, or whatever you want to call the e-mail the aimoo system is supposed to send to complete the process.
I would have a hard time imagining this replicated problem is not effecting others, and effectively preventing aimoo from having new users and making it's well deserved buck, and giving great dicincentive to people such as myself from upgrading -- when we have no posters because they cannot get on.
However, in thorougly researching the board, if this were happening to others, I'd sure expect to see discussion of the problem, problem reports that I am simply not finding on this board.
BTW, all these failed registrations, including my own replication of the system error have happened since the latest round of aimoo anti-CP remedial measures.

Confirmed as to all my peops who have attempted to join have been since the harshest round of anti-despicable CP measures, i.e., the last successful registration for aimoo/stockconversation was on July 11, 2012.

Question... did you or any people creating new Aimoo ID's actually try to join your forum without having that account email verification from Aimoo?

I do not know when Alice will be back this weekend or when they will lift the block of making new names and groups. I know its a PITA for group owners tryying to get new members. But we must # 1 think of the kids being victimized and exposed for all to see. #2 Aimoo had to resort to this drastic measure because the CP was out of control. Think of 1000s of lil dirt brown roaches coming out after dark at the dirtiest restaurant in the world.
If Aimoo did not do this more then likely we would not have groups to come back to. Think of this annoyance as saving Aimoo for the future and ridding Aimoo of the lowest form of scum.

I've tried to look for a post that is dealing with what I am here to ask, and I think this is it. I have a new member needing to have her email verified in order to access the forum and did not receive a validation email from Aimoo, so she's stuck. What do I need her to do next in order to have this verification promptly taken care of? I don't want her to get the wrong impression about Aimoo forums.
